Partner with RDAV to Change Lives

Every week across Victoria, children and adults with disabilities experience the joy, freedom, and confidence that comes from working with our specially trained horses. RDAV supports over 550 participants each year through riding, carriage driving, and groundwork programs — all made possible by the generosity of volunteers, donors, and sponsors.
By becoming a sponsor, your organisation will not only help transform lives, but also align with a trusted, community-driven charity that has been creating meaningful impact for more than 50 years.

"There’s something about the animal. I think they have an innate connection with the kids. They understand the kids. I don’t know. There’s some sort of magical thing there that the horse, they have a very calming effect on the kids. It’s an interesting environment because the movement of the horse calms him but I also think that (he) probably also understands that when he’s on the horse he’s not really in control. And I think for a kid on the spectrum, losing control is a big thing. A lot of kids they always feel the need to be in control of their surroundings. The understanding that he’s just got to give himself over to the horse and be compliant with the horse."
